For RETURNING players
You will need to register via the Rugby Xplorer App. Read our step-by-step instructions.
Priority is given to returning players who register on/before the due registration date. Returning players who are unable to register online must notify their manager of their intention to register and play prior to Registration Day in order to receive preference for the season.
For NEW U6 players
Registration is straightforward. Before you register you will need the following:
- Rugby Xplorer App
- Credit card (Visa/Mastercard)
- Know your child’s height and weight (mandatory)
- New players will be required to provide Proof of ID (e.g. birth certificate or passport)
- A current photo of your child (head shot)
- Know the shoe, shorts, and jersey sizes of your child
- If eligible, your Active Kids voucher/s

For NEW U7, U8, U9, U10, U11, U12 players

Clovelly Eagles Registration Policy
- Our teams are determined by the number of players that sign on. By registering you are not necessarily guaranteed a place if we do not have the numbers to fill additional teams. However, it is the club’s intent to ensure as many boys and girls get to play rugby and we endeavour to place all kids in teams.
- Returning players who are unable to register online must notify their manager of their intention to register and play prior to Registration Day in order to receive preference for the season.
- Priority is given to returning players who register on/before the due registration date.
- In the age groups where we are lacking sufficient numbers to fill a complete team, or we are without a coach for the team, we reserve the right to refund in full any monies you have paid and cancel your registration.
- When a player is returning and the team does not have a coach, you do not have priority in other teams.
- Recruitment is to the Club, not to a team. Players are welcome to register with Clovelly Eagles, however NO guarantee can be made about the team they join. New players are welcome to advise a particular team they would like to join (with reasons) and this will be noted by the age group coaches/managers, the Registrar and the Club Committee.
Age Groups
A player plays in the age group corresponding to the age he/she turns in the current calendar year e.g. a child born in 2009 will turn 12 in 2021 and play in an U12s team.
Mandatory registration to play and train
All players need to have completed their registration and paid the fees for their insurance to be valid.
