Returning players
Returning players must register via the Rugby Xplorer app.
Please read our step-by-step registration guide before starting.
Priority is given to returning players who register on or before the due registration date.
If a returning player is unable to register online, their parent or guardian must notify the team manager before Registration Day to be considered for priority placement.
New players U7–U12
For all new U7–U12 players, follow our step-by-step registration guide AND email the registrar at clovellyeaglesrego@gmail.com with any relevant details, including:

Has your child previously played with another junior rugby club

Does your child have friends already playing at Clovelly Eagles

Does your child have a preferred position
This information helps us with team planning but does not guarantee team placement.
Registration policy
Teams are formed based on registered player numbers and available coaches. For full details, see our Recruitment and Player Allocation Policy.
Please note:

Returning players who register by the due date are prioritised

Recruitment is to the club, not to a specific team

Team placement is not guaranteed

Preferred team requests may be noted but cannot be guaranteed

If an age group cannot proceed due to player numbers or lack of a coach, registrations may be cancelled and fully refunded

Returning players do not have priority placement in other teams if their original team does not proceed
Age groups
Players are placed in the age group corresponding to the age they turn in the current calendar year.
Example: A child born in 2016 turns 10 in 2026 and plays in U10.
Mandatory registration
All players must be registered and fees paid for insurance to be valid. Unregistered players cannot train or play.
